Siri was taken to Hamilton Animal Services by a Good Samaritan who found her wandering around and didn’t think she looked well. She was severely dehydrated and emaciated. The team at HAS promptly started supplementing her fluids and feeding her a high calorie food. Unfortunately her little body was so unused to having a full belly that she’s developed diarrhea. Her having internal parasites didn’t help her case. In spite of all this she was purring and begging for attention so we just knew we needed to help her.
The good news is she is feeling so much better and is ready to start looking for her forever family. This happy little love bug loves to be snuggled and the best place in the world in her opinion is in someone’s lap. She will do well in a home that will enjoy having a cat who likes to be a central part of the day. You will never lack for company or someone to carry on a conversation. If you’re interested in being this special person in Siri’s life please ask any of our team members for an application.
Our Adoption fee is $175, which includes the full initial series of vaccinations, neutering or spaying when they are old enough, deworming, defleaing, fecal testing, FeLV/FIV testing, treatment for any external parasites, insurance trial, microchipping and in Siri's case a lot of TLC to get her feeling better.
