Cats for Adoption

I've been Adopted! - Please meet Bryn

September 30, 2019 / Leave a comment

Bryn found his way into our adoption program when her owner could no longer look after him.  Bryn is a 12 year old, declawed and FeLV/FIV negative boy.  He is an absolutely gorgeous pure breed Birman with big blue eyes.  He has "purrsonality plus" and just lives for giving his person attention.  Unfortunately Bryn suffers from a stress related condition called Feline Idiopathic Cystitis or FIC.  This is a condition where diet, low stress and environmental enrichment are key to the management of his disease.  This means we are going to be looking for a very specific type of home for Bryn and he will need special food.  His new home must have no other pets, be a quieter indoor only home and have no young children.  Basically he needs a really Zen environment.  He was used to other cats in his old home but we'd rather avoid him going through the stress of a new introduction.   If you're interested in adopting Bryn please feel free to email or call the clinic.  Please understand that we won't be able to make any exceptions on the criteria for his new home as it will be detrimental to his health.

He's currently recovering from having a dental procedure but should be ready to meet his new family soon.

Our Adoption fee is $175/each this includes the full initial series of vaccinations,  deworming, defleaing, fecal testing, FeLV/FIV testing, treatment for any external parasites, senior bloodwork, dentistry and microchipping.
