Foster Pet Success Stories!

LuckyLucky was not so lucky initially. This playful little kitten was out in the cold rain alone hiding in a bush when one of our client's dogs sniffed him out. He was examined, vaccinated and dewormed and neutered, and found a home with one of our great clients. He's been enjoying his Hamilton Mountain home for just over a year.

gidgetGidget hitched herself a truck ride with the owner of an antique store from a horse barn. She was unfortunately going to lose her safe haven as the store was going out of business so Dr.Chernesky who was shopping at the time came to the rescue. She has been spayed, felv/fiv tested negative, dewormed and vaccinated. After winning over the hearts of all the cat clinic team she was taken to Dr.Chernesky's mothers where she instantly made herself right at home.

dr. loveThis happy go lucky fellow came to us through the trap and release Feral Cat Program. He was so easy going and friendly that Janice decided we should call him Dr.Love . He's about a year old, already neutered, vaccinated and Felv/FIV negative. He even managed to purr his way into a new home within 48hrs, we think that has to be a new record.

Wednesday - Looking for a homeThis little lady, Wednesday, was found wandering around one of our client's apartment building. After having no luck finding her owner they called us to try and find her a new home. Maria chose to name her after the day she arrived since she put a bright spot in an otherwise routine day. She's a little too busy enjoying all the attention she's getting to pose for a nice picture but she's a very happy, playful little purr bucket that we think is about eight weeks old.

Toby - A success Story!Toby is one of our success stories. He is a black and white adult male kitty who has now been neutered and vaccinated. He was found as a stray by a friend of our office manager who felt sorry for him. Unfortunately he is FIV positive and had been in several cat fights. He's now all cleaned up and in his new home where he is well loved and spoiled rotten.

Tank was originally brought in as a very sick little kitten by one of our clients who had hoped to keep him. They were going to call him Brody. When that didn't work out we didn't have any problems finding this little character a new home. After we got rid of all the fleas, mites and a very nasty upper respiratory infection he went to live with a friend of one of our technicians. Tank's favorite past times are stealing the toilet paper from the bathroom and snuggling with his buddy Kaj. Kaj is another success story as he was adopted from The Cat Clinic about a year ago.
